After 5 years and sailing more than 100,000 miles, the hydraulic furling systems of the 85 metre-long yacht ‘Aquijo’ came to Reckmann for servicing for the first time a few weeks ago.

With the new UD-4sctc furling system, Reckmann responses to the growing popularity of cableless headsails. Compared to the standard model, these newest furlers have increased enormously in strength, while being only slightly heavier. Qualities that are made for the Southern Wind 9603 "Ammonite".
